We bring variety to your program by changing the Menu every week.


When we looked at other plans in the market we noticed they were always offering the same dishes.  That's why with us you will never have the same set of dishes every week.

Following the Keto Diet principles, the Executive Chef designs all dishes to combine the right balance of flavours and the right macros in place. 


All dishes are freshly cooked at our kitchen the night before delivery and delivered frozen for you to enjoy at your convenience.

Below You Will Find Our Weekly Menu

The dishes below are comprised of weekly dishes and fixed alternatives. 

Once you choose your preferred plan you can let us choose your dishes or you can email us with your preferences. Please note order preferences cut-off date is the Friday before your scheduled delivery.


The Dishes You Receive Will Depend on Your Plan.  

  • The 7 dishes weekly plan delivers a combination of the menu options up to 7 dishes.

  • The 10 dishes weekly plan delivers a combination of the menu options up to 10 dishes.

  • The 14 dishes weekly plan delivers a combination of the menu options up to 14 dishes.

  • The 20 dishes weekly plan is the 10 dishes weekly plan for two people.


  • The 28 days - 56 dishes - plan delivers 14 dishes every week for 4 weeks. 

  • The 28 days  - 114 dishes is the 28 days - 56 dishes plan for two people.  It is also delivered weekly.


Please note all our deliveries are now on SUNDAY between 7:30am and 5pm. Our delivery service is outsourced and managed by ESL.  All deliveries are dispatched in an insulated box that will keep all meals frozen for 24 hours. 

ESL will send you a notification on dispatch from our depot with a tracking link and estimated time of arrival via a branded email and whatsapp notification. From here you can send an instant message to the delivery driver if you need to make any adjustments to your delivery.

Once your delivery has been made you will be sent another notification with a note and photograph showing either the premises in which the box has been left or the location if left somewhere safe


and send us an email with your choices.
